Jerk Meat Preparation

Jerk is a type of seasoning and cooking method that originated in Jamaica. It typically involves marinating meat (such as chicken, pork, or beef) in a spicy mixture of herbs and spices, then grilling or smoking it. With Auntie Chris Authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce:

Marinate your meat for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. Cook the meat on a grill or smoker, basting it with the marinade as it cooks.  If no grills are available meat also be done in oven it won’t be smoky but meat will be delicious.
